What browsers can I use with Brightspace?
Desktop browsers** - Windows or Mac computers
To view the Brightspace system requirements for browsers such as Chrome*, Safari*, Internet Explorer* / Edge, Firefox please see the Brightspace Platform Requirements from the D2L vendor. (*on CBE-owned computers these browsers are supported by CBE).
**For desktop systems, you must also have Adobe Flash Player 10.1 or greater installed.
Mobile browsers - Tablets and mobile smart phones
To view the requirements for Android, iOS, Microsoft Surface and BlackBerry, please see the Brightspace Platform Requirements from the D2L vendor.
Browser tips:
- Be sure to enable JavaScript and Cookies in your browser for Brightspace.
- If something isn’t working on your favourite browser, try a different browser or device.
- Use the latest version of a browser on the most current operating system available to you.
