Fee Payment Options
CBE offers flexible payments options to parents. You can choose how and when to pay your fees:
- Online – pay with your credit card or Interac bank card through
MyCBE.
- CBE preferred method of payments is online. If you are unable to make your payments online, your child’s school will be able to accept debit/credit card payments at the school.
- Apply for a
waiver.
Please note | to ensure security of your personal and financial information, we do not accept credit card information over the phone, by fax or by mail.
Online Payment
You can pay all school fees online using your
MyCBE. Online fee payment offers parents flexibility in payment methods, convenience, and real-time information on payments.
How to create your MyCBE Account
Setting up an account to pay student fees online is quick and easy, but there are a few things that must be confirmed before you register. If you are setting up a MyCBE account you must:
- Be a parent, legal guardian or independent student
- Use the same email address the school has on file and
- Have your child’s CBE student ID number
If you are not sure of any of this information, please contact your child’s school.
Go to
MyCBE to create your account, and add your child using their CBE student ID. After you create your account, you will receive a confirmation email.

Pay at Your School
CBE preferred method of payments is online. If you are unable to make your payments online, your child’s school will be able to accept debit/credit card payments at the school.
Due to COVID-19, cash and cheque are discouraged at the school to prevent virus spreads. CBE appreciate your cooperation and support.
Pay at CBE Education Centre
To limit the risk of exposure to COVID-19, payment will not be accepted in person at the Education Centre. You may still mail your completed forms and cheque payment.
